Simple answer...ASAP! We have limited tickets available and we strive to make sure we prioritize our customers satisfaction. If you know that you'd like to attend an event, we recommend you secure tickets first and then you can back into a date/time and exact number in your party at a later time.
You can expect events to last 1 1/2 hours to 1 3/4 hours.
No worries. On our Sleuthound.com website, there is a drop down that says "Contact Us." Click on that. Under "How can we help," please enter:
1. Event
2. Date/Time of Event
3. # in group
4. Venmo account username
On this site you can use our "Contact Us" drop down tab. You can also describe your needs on our reservation form. Let us know what you desire and we will accommodate.
Upon request, we can accommodate younger children with a special "child friendly" walking tour separate from our regular tours. For our "tweeners," it is up to parental consent. There will be haunting stories, actual Ghost Hunting, and Aura Readings from "Mediums," as well as a few Scary Characters along the route.
All payments are accepted through Venmo (Tips may also be paid through Venmo or in person). We will Venmo request you after you input your username on our sign-up sheet. Venmo is a secure company owned by PayPal.
Many have asked if our "Hosts" accept gratuities...simple answer is Yes. If you feel that your Host enhanced your experience (as we know they will) they will accept monetary gratuities the day/night of your event or you can Venmo your Host @SleuthoundWC after your event. Either way our Host's are very much appreciative of your generosity and thank you!

If you have reserved an outdoor event with us and there is a question regarding inclement weather, you get to decide if you would like to join us that evening or reschedule. Obviously if there would be lightning or any system that may put our guests at jeopardy we will make the call to cancel, however, that is very rare. We will proceed with all events unless you would like to reschedule. If you would rather reschedule an event due to weather conditions you may reschedule for any date/time into perpetuity and you will receive priority booking.
